PATRICIA ANNE KERRCROSS Sunday 11th October 2015 Died peacefully at St Josephs Hospice, Hackney, with her family by her side. Dearly loved and missed wife of Walter, mother to Jake and friend to so many. Family flowers only please, any donations kindly received by St Josephs Hospice, Hackney. Memorial service at 11am on Friday 30th October at City of London Crematorium, Manor Park, E12 5DQ. The family would like to thank their friends and family for their ongoing support and well wishes at this difficult time.
