SPENCER Medlin nee Lewis Former Mayor of Hackney, much loved wife of James, sister and aunt, died suddenly on 12th October 2014 in Ipswich. Requiem Mass at St Pancras, Ipswich on 27th October 2014 at 12:00 noon.
