Dr. Sean Fahey (late St. Peters St. Medical Practice, Islington) Dr. John D. Fahey (known as Sean) passed away on 21 January 2010 aged 84 under the care of wonderful doctors at University College Hospital. There will be a Requiem Mass at St Johns, Duncan Terrace, Islington at 12 noon on Thursday 28 January 2010 followed by cremation at Golders Green Crematorium. Seans daughters, Fiona & Antoinette, welcome all friends, family, former colleagues and patients to join them in celebrating his life.
