Francis Richards (1953 - 2023) The family of Francis Richards announces his passing after a brief illness, on February 22nd, 2023 at the age of 69. Francis passed away peacefully in East London and will be lovingly remembered by his children and his grandchildren. Francis was a well-known and popular member of the St Lucia community and will be missed by many. His funeral service details will be announced in due course.
