HIGNETT Christopher Francis 28/11/1945 - 15/06/2024 It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chris Hignett on June 15th 2024 at St Joseph's Hospice, Hackney. He will be greatly missed as a husband, father, brother and friend. He was a former senior probation officer with the inner London probation service, where he made countless friends. He continued to take a lively and informed interest in matters related to the probation service and criminal justice system. His funeral will be held at Islington Crematorium at 2:45pm on Friday 28th June followed by a reception at the Canonbury Tavern. Any donations to St Joseph's Hospice in the name of Christopher Hignett will be gratefully received.
