Storm Eunice is set to hit London today, with people urged to stay indoors and avoid travelling unless absolutely necessary.
A red weather warning has been issued for the capital and the Met Office is warning of "significant disruption and dangerous conditions due to extremely strong winds".

More than 60 trees down in Redbridge, council says
Redbridge Council revealed it has identified more than 60 fallen trees across the borough today.
Cllr Jo Blackman, cabinet member for environment, tweeted her thanks to those working in the stormy conditions to clear them away.
Met Office forecast update
London Fire Brigade declares major incident
London Fire Brigade has declared a major incident in response to the volume of 999 calls being taken relating to Storm Eunice.
Its control room took 550 calls between 10.30 this morning and 1pm - which is more than the average number usually taken in a 24-hour period.
Control staff have introduced batch mobilisation to certain incidents.
O2 Arena damaged by wind
The O2 Arena has been battered by strong gales as Storm Eunice rips through the capital.
The music and events venue's dome can be seen being ripped apart in shocking footage shared on social media.
All c2c services cancelled
All c2c services have been suspended due to "multiple incidents caused by severe weather conditions", the train operator has announced.
Trains running across the whole c2c network have been cancelled or suspended, with disruption expected until 2am tomorrow (February 19).
Passengers are advised not to travel today.

A number of parks, attractions and public sites are closed today as north London councils attempt to keep residents safe.

RSPCA issues animal advice
The RSPCA has advised animal-owners to take measures to keep their pets safe.
These include:
- Have a supply of food and medication ready
- Plan dog walks around the worst weather
- Provide outdoor pets with dry shelter
- Keep cats inside if the weather becomes "extreme"

Flood alerts in place as rain expected
Flood warnings are in place in parts of east London, with residents warned to "be prepared".
According to the government's website, river levels on the Middle Roding at Abridge have "dropped below levels of concern".
However, more rain is expected tomorrow (February 19).
People have been warned to avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water and using low lying footpaths.
Last June, large areas of east London were badly affected by flash floods and a "tornado".

London Overground trains cancelled
London Overground services between Upminster and Romford have been cancelled.
Transport for London (TfL) said this is due to "strong winds".
TfL further announced that a reduced service is operating on London Overground between Richmond and Stratford.
There are minor delays on the Hammersmith and City Line due to train cancellations and a reduced service on TfL Rail.
Red weather warning issued
A red weather warning has been issued for London, with people advised to "stay indoors".
The Met Office said flying debris could result in a "danger to life" across the capital and south of England today (February 18).
Early this morning, the forecaster updated its weather warning from amber to red - the highest level.
It said Storm Eunice may cause "significant disruption and dangerous conditions due to extremely strong winds" in London and other parts of the UK.
Buildings and homes may be damaged in the strong gusts, with power lines at risk of being brought down.
The Met further warned that some roads, bridges and railway lines will be closed today, with delays and cancellations likely on buses, trains and flights.
Councils across London are preparing for the storm, with markets and events cancelled and residents warned to stay at home where possible.
