A woman was found dead as a result of a fall from a block of flats after police knocked on her door to carry out an “arrest enquiry”.
Police attended an address in Talbot House, Finsbury Park, at 2am on March 7 after a woman failed to appear at court.
Officers knocked on the door of the flat but there was no response.
As police left the building, the body of a woman was found outside. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

A police spokesperson said: “It is believed she died as a result of a fall from height.
“Work continues to identify and inform her next of kin. Enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.”
Police added that the Directorate of Professional Standards has been informed about the incident.
