A man in his 30s has died after a stabbing in Kensington.
The incident happened in Kensal Road just before 6.45pm yesterday (October 19).
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a man injured.
He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after.
Police enquiries are ongoing to identify the man and notify his next of kin.
A crime scene has been put in place.
No arrests have been made following the incident.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “A police car was flagged down by a member of the public in Kensal Road, W10, at 18.42hrs on Thursday, 19 October after a man, in his 30s, was found with stab injuries.
“Officers carried out immediate first aid and they were then assisted by paramedics from London Ambulance Service who were called to the scene.
“Despite the efforts of emergency services, the man died a short time later.
“Enquiries are ongoing to identify the man and notify his next of kin.
“A crime scene has been put in place. There have been no arrests.
“Homicide detectives from the Met's Specialist Crime Command have been informed.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
