Greek food on the go with a modern twist is how the folks behind PITTABUN pitch their offer.
Their filled and open pitta are now available in Camden Lock Market, stuffed with fresh veg, charcoaled meats and homemade sauces to "elevate the humble pitta bread to new heights".
The food stall is the latest venture for Nikos Roussos and Andreas Labridis, the duo behind Greek restaurants OPSO and Kima in Paddington Street, Marylebone.
All the pitta buns are served with spicy oregano chips, which can be loaded with crumbly feta, tzatziki sauce or spicy mayo.
The mouth watering menu includes a hot dog pocket bun with pork sausage, mustard mayo, and lettuce; charcoal grilled pork belly with tzatziki and fresh tomatoes; and smoky lemon oregano chicken with feta and spring onion.
The new stall is in Camden Lock's West Yard, and PITTABUN already has an outlet in Paddington Street, Marylebone.
