Two people have been arrested after a man was stabbed in Islington.
Officers from the Metropolitan Police were called to Essex Road shortly after 9pm yesterday (July 13) with reports of a seriously injured man.
They attended along with colleagues from the London Ambulance Service.
At the scene, a man was found suffering from stab injuries.
He was taken to hospital where his condition has been confirmed as non-life threatening.

Police officers arrested two people in the vicinity of the area in connection to the stabbing.
They remain in police custody at this time.
Any witnesses or those with information are asked to call police on 101, quoting reference 6962/13JUL24.
The London Ambulance Service has been contacted for a comment.
