A man has been charged with the murder of a 19-year-old found stabbed in a car.
Police launched a murder investigation into the stabbing after Ahmed Habib was found fatally injured at the junction of Stroud Green Road and Tollington Park, Finsbury Park, in the early hours of July 11.
Kevin Peraj, of Islip Street, Kentish Town, was arrested on suspicion of murder two days ago, and charged by police yesterday (July 17).
The 23-year-old appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court today and will appear at the Old Bailey on Monday (July 22).
Ahmed was found fatally injured in a car alongside another man. The injuries of the second man were not life-threatening.
