A person has died following an incident at Euston underground station.
Police officers and paramedics attended a casualty on the tracks at 10.30pm yesterday (November 19).
A person was pronounced dead at the scene and the incident is not being treated as suspicious.
“A file will be prepared for the coroner”, a spokesperson for the British Transport Police said.
Ambulance crews, an incident response officer and London’s Air Ambulance were also sent to the scene, with the first crews arriving in two minutes.
During the incident, Euston Station was shut with no service on the Victoria line from Highbury & Islington to Brixton.
The affected stations included Highbury & Islington, King’s Cross St Pancras, Euston, Warren Street, Oxford Circus, Green Park, Victoria, Pimlico, Vauxhall, Stockwell and Brixton.

A spokesperson for British Transport Police said: “Officers were called to Euston underground station at around 10.30pm yesterday (November 19) following reports of a casualty on the tracks.
“Paramedics also attended, however sadly a person was pronounced dead at the scene.
“The incident is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 10.32pm yesterday (Tuesday 20 November) to reports of an incident in Euston Underground Station, Eversholt Street, NW1.
“We sent a number of resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, a paramedic in a fast response car, members of our Hazardous Area Response Team (HART), an incident response officer and London’s Air Ambulance.
“The first of our crews arrived in two minutes.
“Our crews assisted our emergency services partners at the scene.
“Sadly, despite the best efforts of first responders, a person died at the scene.”
