A woman has been arrested after a man was stabbed outside Highbury and Islington station.
Police were called at 10.25pm on Saturday night after reports of an attack. The victim, in his 30s, was taken to hospital with injuries not said to be life-threatening.
The woman was arrested close to the scene and the station was closed while police investigated.
UPDATE (April 9, 7.50pm): Tina Baillie, 50, of Stavordale Road, Highbury, was yesterday charged with grevious bodily harm with intent and threatening a person with an offensive weapon in a public place. She was due to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court today.
